Abstrak

In the service program "IbM Bridal Makeup In Yogyakarta", the servant took two partners, the first partner is Bridal Makeup Studio "Alvita" in Tegalkemuning, Danurejan, Yogyakarta. While the second partner is Studio Bridal Makeup "Larastiti" in Suryoputran, Panembahan, Kraton, Yogyakarta. Problems faced by the first partner is a less marketable to develop the business, equipment and supplies were inadequate, not a touch of modern moslem cosmetology, makeup skills are less innovative, less promotion and there is no accounting in financial management. While the problems faced by the second partners is almost the same as the first partner, but the two partners already do not need a place for business again. The purpose of this program is generally to promote the business of a higher quality makeup studio that has high competitiveness. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the solution given to the makeup studio, are: a strategic place to develop their business venture that is marketable, equipment and supplies adequate bridal makeup, moslem modern cosmetology training, makeup and hair training, marketing management training, accounting training, procurement banners, leaflets and business cards. Thus, both the makeup studio can realize all their desire to improve make up studi effort in them iddle bridal competition today.
